How to Run Off the Edge of the World in Vampire Survivors

Very peculiar secret to be honest.

Vampire Survivors is filled with secrets that you are supposed to unravel and claim their rewards, and this one is oddly specific. “With the most adverse fate in Green Acres, run off the edge of the world” is the hint. Let’s see how you can unlock this secret.

How to Unlock MissingNo in Vampire Survivors

So, what is behind the “With the most adverse fate in Green Acres, run off the edge of the world” phrase?

First of all, you must get the Yellow Sign in the Holy Forbidden. The next step is to unlock the Hyper mode in at least two stages. This is done by beating the mini-boss at the stage, which usually appears 5 minutes before the Red Death (Reaper).

Now, you need to play a run on the Green Acres bonus stage that you have unlocked after doing all of the above steps. I suggest you use a fast character because you’ll need to do a lot of strolling down toward the “edge of the world.” From the start of your run, go southwest (down and left) until things start becoming strange (to say the least) on your screen.

Fight off the threats, and after the stage returns to its former state and you finish the stage you should check out your character list; You will be able to purchase MissingNo.

What is MissingNo Character in Vampire Survivors?

MissingNo is a “glitched” character that you could have obtained before this secret was implemented in the game by performing certain actions with the in-game files. However, this is no longer needed.

MissingNo is a character that will have entirely random stats every time you try to start your run. The most fun part of playing MissingNo is to check his stats in character selection, return to the main menu, and return to the play menu again because the stats will be re-shuffled. If you manage to get a negative “max health” value, it means that MissingNo will be immortal. Have fun!

Of course, there is a cheat code to unlock it. If you want to read more about Vampire Survivors, check out our game hub. Check out how to get five golden fingers as well.
