When you reach Level 2 Friendship with Hassian in Palia, Auni will tell you that he’s angry with you. Upon reaching out, Hassian just wants you to do something nice for the villagers. How to Find Something Sweet for Auni in Palia
As part of Hassian’s Level 2 Friendship quest, Rocky Start, he asks you to do something nice for the villagers. Asking around, one of the things is to find something sweet for Auni. He sure does have a sweet tooth, but what exactly should you give him?
Thankfully, there are a few items you can procure that’ll fulfill the requirements:
- Sweet Leaf
- Blueberry Jam
- Apple Jam
- Blueberry Pie
- Apple Pie
- Celebration Cake
- Creamy Carrot Soup
Apple pie happens to be Auni’s favorite, but if you don’t have any apples, it’s hard to make. The same goes for blueberries. Without having the actual fruit, many of the items above are difficult to obtain. I happened to have a blueberry pie from completing Nai’o’s Level 3 Friendship quest on hand, so I gave that to Auni. He won’t take a Sweet Berry Pie if you’ve gotten one from dating Reth, however.
How to Get Sweet Leaf
The easiest item to get for the bug hunter is Sweet Leaf. It’s a common foraging item found throughout the grassy or wooded areas of Bahari Bay. You can find it more often on the northern side of the Ancient Aqueduct.
Once you have your chosen item in hand, head to Auni and deliver the surprise. He’s pretty grateful and now hopped up on sugar. Hopefully, that helps him finish his chores. Completing the quest nabs you:
- Bahari Bee x1
- Renown +5
- Increased Friendship with Auni
If you’ve already helped out two other villagers, you can return to home, where you’ll speak to Hassian to finish Rocky Start. You’ll:
- Standard Arrows x50
- Renown +20
- Increased Friendship with Hassian
