Roller Champions: How to Play with Friends and Crossplay

Find out how to play with friends and enable a crossplay feature in Roller Champions using our quick guide.

Roller Champions has five different game modes, online ranked matches, crossplay, and even cross-progression. This means that if you’re on different platforms, you can compete for special prizes, but playing with friends is not yet available for crossplay — you can only play with random players for now.

The guide will provide you with tips on how to play with friends and crossplay in Roller Champions. Since inviting friends to a cross-platform game is not possible at this point, you will have to stay on the same platform in order to invite your Ubisoft Connect friends to a game.

How to Play with Friends in Roller Champions

Usually, those who want to play online matches with others can make up a team of five players randomly chosen by the game. But when special, limited-time events arrive, group numbers may vary depending on the mode of the given event. Also, Arena-based matches may not include more than three players per team, where only two teams can take part in.

You can invite up to two friends that both use the Ubisoft Connect service and are on the same platform as you ar if you wish to play with friends in any of the given online game modes.

You can invite friends by following these steps:

  1. Go to the game’s main menu.
  2. Select “Invite” feature.
  3. Highlight a friend you wish to invite from the list.
  4. Confirm by pressing “INVITE“.

Once you start any of the online game modes, your friends will be added automatically.
