Sons of the Forest: How to Get the Machete

The path for how to get the Machete is especially simple if you have the beach spawn site in Sons of the Forest.

Much like the Modern Axe, how to get the Machete in Sons of the Forest doesn’t require finding other items first. If you have the beach helicopter crash site, the Machete isn’t too far from you, but it’s a bit of a bit of a walk to get there.

You can then save your game at one of the tents nearby, and you have yourself a new melee weapon with a high speed, but without as much defense or attack power as weapons like the Axes.

In a survival game, weapons are essential. Therefore, it might be worth looking at some Sons of the Forest guides to find the Pistol or the Stun Baton and add them to your arsenal. With the variety of enemies on Site 2, having multiple types of weapons can prove useful as you try to find out what happened on this island.
