Engineering Trainers aren’t only in capital cities. In fact, you can find them while you journey around Azeroth.

For Season of Discovery, you’re limited to a maximum of 150 Skill Level in professions for the duration of Phase 1. After that, it’ll likely raise the max with the introduction of the next phase. As such, you won’t be visiting the higher-level trainers yet if you’re playing on a Seasonal Server.
