The Spaghetti Arrabiata is a three-star recipe that sells for 141 Star Coins, and the ingredients are relatively inexpensive.
You will need to unlock Dazzle Beach (1,000 Dreamlight), and the Sunlit Plateau (7,000 Dreamlight) to access all necessary ingredients. Alternatively, you can invite Wall-E to your Valley, and upgrade his garden to have a nice assortment of harvestable vegetables ready once a day.
