Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 Guide: Frieza Race Build

Check this guide for building a Frieza Race character in Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2!

The Frieza Race in Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 is based on, you guessed it, Frieza. That's not all though, you can also make characters similar to his brother Cooler. They have bonuses to movement speed, recover stamina while attacking, but have low health.

I'm going to go over examples of how to build your character if you are a Saiyan and why they are good ideas. You can check out my guide on Racial Bonuses to get a better idea of the bonuses Frieza Race get.

This guide will go over building Frieza Race characters in Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2 including:

  • Stat/Attribute Point Build - Examples of what to put points in.
  • QQ Bang - QQ Bangs that work well with Frieza Race builds.

Stat/Attribute Point Build

Frieza Race only has one gender, but a good amount of bonuses. They have fast movement and it goes up as their health gets low. They also have low health and recover Stamina while attacking.

This does not mean that you have to build your character this way, but it helps. Frieza Race also gets the unique Golden Transformation, which gives huge bonuses to Ki Blast, so this build will revolve around that.

You can still get the Potential Unleashed Transformation if you want a more Strike focused build. If this is what you want then just swap mentions of Ki Blast with Strike.

This also takes into account the boost you get from the Guru's House that lets you raise stats to 125. Check my Conton City guide if you don't know how to do that.

The max level is 80 and you get 332 attribute points to put in.

Frieza Race
  • Health - 30
  • Ki - 42
  • Stamina - 42
  • Basic Attacks - 93
  • Strike Supers -
  • Ki Blast Supers - 125

Frieza Race has low health, so putting some points in would be nice, but does not need to be too high.

42 pointa in Ki and Stamina adds an extra bar, so that's why it is like this. You can also take some points from stamina and out in Ki, or the other way around, depending on the kind of gear/QQ Bangs you have.

Basic Attacks can be raised a bit, but does not need to be maxed. This is good for putting some decent damage on your opponents while recovering stamina.

Ki Blast Supers is maxed because of the huge benefits you get from Golden form. Again, you cans witch this with Strike Supers if you don't want to to use Golden Form and what a more physical build.

QQ Bang

The main thing you want is something that does not lower Ki, Health, or Ki Blast Supers by much. If you can, get one that raises all of these.

Ki Blast is your best stat when using Golden form, so try to get one with maxed Ki Blast. Stamina can be lowered, even a lot, because you recover stamina by attacking. You will still want around 3-4 to make Evasive Skills and Z-vanishes more reasonable.

Basic Attacks can be lowered, but ideally not by a lot. Strike Supers can be lowered as much as possible since you won't use it, unless you want a Strike build. If that is the case, get one that raises Strike Supers and lowers Ki Blast Supers instead.

Below is an example of a decent Level 5 QQ Bang to use.

  • Health +5
  • Ki +5
  • Stamina -5
  • Basic Attack -1
  • Strike Super -5
  • Ki Blast Super +5

This is fantastic for Frieza Race when using Golden form. Health and Ki are raised to max, so you will have a decent amount of both. Ki Blast is also maxed, so this is the highest you can get when using Golden Form.

Strike is lowered the most, which is like a free slot since you won't use those. Basic Attacks are only lowered by 1 so it won't take much of a hit.

Stamina is lowered by the max but by leveling, and putting in some points in Stamina, it will not be too bad. Being able to recover Stamina while attacking also offsets this.

That's all for my Frieza Race build guide for Dragon Ball Xenoverse 2. Let me know if you have any questions or builds of your own!
