This Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel guide will show you how to unlock secret packs, as well as include a full list of all secret packs with their corresponding themes. Now you can quickly get all the cards you need for your favorite deck archetype.

How to Unlock Secret Packs in Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel

When you unlock secret packs, you’ll get 8 cards with various degrees of rarity: ultra-rare, super-rare, rare, and common cards. They also come in themes or pre-packaged archetypes. That’s why taking the time to unlock secret packs is the most efficient way to compile a consistent deck.

A secret pack can be unlocked via one of these means:

  • By crafting an ultra-rare or super-rare card, using crafting points
  • By opening an ultra-rare or super-rare card from a master pack

Once one of these unlock conditions is met, a secret pack will be automatically unlocked, containing an aforementioned ultra-rare or super-rare card amongst other cards that belong to the same theme or archetype.

The secret pack will appear in the shop for 24 hours, and it needs to be opened using 100 gems.

If you don’t open the pack within the 24 hours limit, the pack will be dismissed from the shop.

The odds of getting rare cards when you unlock secret packs are the following:

  • Ultra Rare = 2.5%
  • Super Rare = 7.5%
  • Rare = 35%
  • Common = 55%

Below you will find a complete list of all secret packs in Yu-Gi-Oh! Master Duel with their corresponding titles and themes/archetypes they belong to.

For example, if you want to make an Eldlich deck, then you need to do the following:

  1. Craft or open an Eldlich ultra-rare or super rare card
  2. Go to card shop
  3. Pay 100 gems for a secret pack
  4. Unlock “Immortal Royalty” secret pack, which represents the Eldlich archetype
