What Are Egg Memos?

Egg Memos have been created by Dr. Eggman, also known as Doctor Ivo Robotnik. In the Sonic Frontiers lore, Dr. Eggman travels into the Cyber Space, a mysterious area accessible via portals on the Starfall islands.

Dr. Eggman made these recordings available for purchase, and you can buy them all to enrich your knowledge about both Dr. Eggman and Cyber Space. Sonic can also use them to communicate with characters in Cyber Space.

How to Get Egg Memos

Each Egg Memo costs 15 Treasure Tokens, and you can purchase them at the Trade Tokens store. Note that all 24 Egg Memos will cost you 360 treasure tokens.

You can earn Treasure Tokens by playing the “Fishing Spot” mini-games hosted by Big The Cat in Cyber Space. These spots are accessible via the purple portals on the Starfall Islands.

These mini-games are very easy, and all you need to do is cast a fishing rod and wait for the fish to come by. Depending on what type of fish you catch, Sonic gets the following rewards:

  • Black Bass: 3 tokens.
  • Carp: 3 tokens.
  • Crayfish: 1 token.
  • Chopper: 6 tokens.
  • Elder Koco’s Scroll: 8 tokens.
  • Flying Fish: 1 token.
  • Goldfish: 1 token.
  • Hermit Koco’s Scroll: 8 tokens.
  • Marlin: 6 tokens.
  • Medaka: 1 token.
  • Poison Dart Frog: 3 tokens.
  • Red Can: 3 tokens.
  • Red Stingray: 6 tokens.
  • Ring: 3 tokens.
  • Tadpole: 1 tokens.
  • Treasure Box: 1 Gold Card.

When you have enough tokens and you’ve purchased Egg Memos at the Token Store, you can listen to them by following these steps:

  1. Open the “Fishing Spot” menu.
  2. Select “View Fish-o-pedia” menu.
  3. Tab “Voice Logs” tab.
  4. Select an Egg Memo you wish to listen to.
