In this tips guide, we’ll walk you through all you need to know about Supply Lines and Supply Points, so you can unlock the right upgrades and cosmetics in Turtle Rock’s L4D-style shooter.

What are Supply Lines and Supply Points in Back 4 Blood?

Both inside Fort Hope and your player menus, you’ll find your Supply Lines section. In it, you can browse chains of in-game rewards that can be unlocked sequentially from left to right.

Even though you can browse the rewards as you wish, you must unlock them in the order in which they’re shown.

Supply Lines include both cosmetic rewards, such as new outfits and skins for Cleaners and new sprays, as well as new cards that you can include in your custom decks. But you won’t be able to do anything about them without Supply Points.

Supply Points are the currency that you unlock for completing missions and playing games online, with friends or random players. You won’t earn Supply Points in the game’s Solo Campaign queue with AI bots, so avoid that if you’re looking to unlock new rewards.

You’ll get some number of Supply Points just for beating levels. Recruit difficulty only rewards half the Supply Points of a Veteran playthrough, though, while Nightmare runs give you double what you would’ve earned on Veteran. So difficulty matters.

How to Use Supply Points

Once you have some Supply Points, head into the Supply Lines menu and choose a reward you’d like to unlock. Remember that each reward must be unlocked sequentially within a Supply Line. However, with more than one Supply Line available on-screen at a time, you can jump between each line as you wish, unlocking the next reward in any line available to you.

How to Get More Supply Points Quickly

If you’re looking for ways to earn more Supply Points quickly, you can check the game’s Accomplishments menu, which shows you milestones you’ve hit and those you’ve yet to hit. Start chasing the Accomplishments that seem feasible to you and your playstyle and you’ll soon find yourself with enough Supply Points to unlock an entire Supply Line at once.
