The island at Spawn lies on the border separating a Cold Ocean from a Frozen Ocean. Ice covers most of the Frozen Ocean, making it easy for players to visit the colder continents across that ocean. Bedrock players will find a small Plains Village and a ruined Nether portal on the island. Java players will also have a Plains Village, but will find a Pillager Outpost in place of the ruined portal.

Multi-Structure Desert

Desert biomes can be pretty hit-or-miss in Minecraft since they’ll either be filled with structures or have nothing for hundreds of blocks. This is one of the better Minecraft 1.18.2 Deserts because it is packed with villages, temples, and even Pillager Outposts. All Minecraft players can enjoy exploring this Desert regardless of whether they play in Java or Bedrock Edition. It is especially perfect for survival players since it provides players with more resources than they could carry by hand.

Swamp Shipwreck

Screenshot by Gameskinny

This unusual shipwreck consists of four different kinds of wood, rather than the typical one or two wood combinations used for most Minecraft shipwrecks. Its right half is made of spruce and dark oak planks, while its left half is regular oak and birch. The way the shipwreck is divided in half makes it feel like two ships collided and became stuck on the beach. It’s anyone’s guess how this occurred, especially since the wreckage rests inland in a Swamp biome.

Villages with Blacksmiths and ruined Nether portals are two of the easiest structures to loot for early-game materials. Both may contain extremely rare items, like Obsidian and diamonds, without being guarded by powerful enemies. You’ll have access to three of each in this set of Meadow Mountains. Two of the villages have Blacksmiths, making it even easier for you to take advantage of the Nether portals nearby.

Besides Trail Ruins and Trial Chambers, Jungle Temples are one of the only structures generated within Jungle biomes. Bedrock players will find a total of four Temples scattered around the Jungle. Java players will only have one, but a Woodland Mansion on the same coastline more than makes up for the missing three.

When you enter this world, the first thing you see is a towering mountain range that looks impossible to climb. You always have the option to travel the other way if the mountain is too daunting. However, choosing to defy the odds and climb over the Frozen Peaks biome will reward you greatly! Java players will find a Woodland Mansion on the other side of the mountain while Bedrock players will have a Pillager Outpost on top of it. They’re both amazing structures that you won’t find if you choose to play it safe.
