Multiversus: How to Toast Another Player

Wondering how to toast players in Multiversus and show your respect? This guide has everything you need to know.

What does Toast do in Multiversus? Toasting serves two functions: it’s a way to show respect for other players after a match and a way to give them a small number of Gold Coins. Though it’s part of the starter challenges for the game, the system can be slightly confusing. This guide will tell you how to get the currency and how to give another player kudos through the system in Multiversus.

How to Get Toasts

Toasts are fun little prizes that you can gift other players at the end of each fight. But how do you get them?

  1. Go to the game’s main menu.
  2. Select “Collection” tab.
  3. Look at the top right corner of the screen.
  4. Click on the Toast icon to purchase toasts.

You can buy packs of 10 Toast for 350 gold. You can buy as many as you want if you have the gold; there is no limit.

If you have the free Preseason Battle Pass, then you will get five Toasts after completing Tier 4 fights. And if you have the Premium Battle Pass, you will get 10 Toasts after completing Tier 6 and Tier 12 fights.

How to Toast

Once you have the Toasts, how do you actually toast other players? It is a pretty simple process:

  1. Complete a “Best of Three” match-up.
  2. Go to winner/loser screen afterwards.
  3. Wait for a Toast to pop up above the winner’s head.
  4. Click on the “Give Toast” button to gift it to an opponent.

When you give them kudos, your opponent will get 25 Gold Coins, as well.
