Genshin Impact Dull Ring Guide: Nine Pillars of Peace Quest

Having a hard time beating the Nine Pillars of Peace quest in Genshin Impact? Follow this guide and complete it in no time.

One of the hardest world quests in Genshin Impact is the Nine Pillars of Peace quest that will require you to roam the whole world, beat some powerful enemies, and collect the Dull Ring unique item.

It’s recommended you begin at around level 50 and our guide will help you deal with all these obstacles on the way to complete the Nine Pillars of Peace quest.

You will start the quest at Ciujue Slope that is located in the southern part of the map right between Tianqui Valley and Luhua Pool (see the map below for an exact location).

From there on follow the steps listed below to complete this world quest in Genshin Impact.

Collect Stones of Remembrance

Before entering the ruins at Ciujue Slope you will need to collect all nine Stones of Remembrance. These are scattered all over Liyue, so it may take a while before you can get all of them.

The stones are obtained by interacting with the nine Statues of Seven. These can be found across Teyvat in the circled locations below:

Once you have all nine stones you need to put them inside the pillars at Ciujue Slope. You can do it by climbing each of them and inserting the stones into the pillars. Each time you will face some enemies at the pillars, so be prepared.

Once all the stones are inserted, the doors of the ruins will open up and you can proceed inside.

Inside the ruins are three enemies you must best:

  1. Ruin Guard
  2. Geovishap Hatchling
  3. Ruin Hunter

Be Sure to Sell the Dull Ring

After defeating all enemies you will be rewarded with two chests and Royal Flora, a piece of Noblesse Oblige set.

The chests will include the Dull Ring, which is an item you must sell in order to complete the Nine Pillars of Peace quest. Here you will have two options:

  • Sell it to Bolai for 180,000 Mora and 5x Adeptus Temptation
  • Sell it to Liland for 200,000 Mora

Of course, the choice is yours, but it is recommended to sell it to Bolai at Liuyue Harbor, since the Adeptus Temptation foods are very powerful attack boosters that give a 10% critical hit bonus, which can be quite useful during harder battles.

That’s all you need to know on how to complete the Nine Pillars of Peace quest.
