Where to Find the Cult Stash
I found the Rock Rock Tree Stash early on in my playthrough, just after finding Nightingale’s heart and surviving the Overlap confrontation. If you take the optional quest to explore the previously flooded area while Casey and Alan head back to the car, then you can discover this Cult Stash quickly, too.
There are multiple paths you can take. The quickest and most straightforward way is to start at the Private Cabin Break Room. From there, duck under the tree branch and take the path down to the right. There should be a small path to your right again just before you hit the river, leading you directly to the stash.
Alternatively, you can start at the Witch’s Hut Break Room, in which case you’ll take the path to the river, cross it, and the side path will be on your left-hand side. Whichever route you take, you should end up at the circled area in the image above.
Rock, Rock, Tree Cult Stash Lock Combination Hint
The hint to the stash is “Rock, Rock, Tree. Are you bright enough?” To find the code’s three digits, you need to use your flashlight on the surrounding environment. The numbers are painted with yellow reflective paint, which means you won’t see them in the darkness without your flashlight on. It’s not as simple as finding single code numbers, though, since the combination hints are math equations.

Cult Stash Combination Solution
Admittedly, solving this cult stash took me longer than I thought it would. While the rock behind the stash and the tree were very easy to find, I couldn’t find the last equation for the longest time. However, you don’t necessarily need all three digits. Once I had the first two digits, I flipped through the numbers for the second rock until the lock popped open. Honestly, I opted for this trick so I could get out of the area sooner, as I kept running into wolves, Taken, and Cultists the more time I spent searching.
I did double back chapters later, though, to find that last elusive rock. So here are all the locations and equations for the stash code:
- Rock (behind the stash): 3+3
- Rock (near the river): 7-2
- Tree (to the left of the stash): 6+2
Put it all together, and the Rock Rock Tree Stash Combination is 658. Head back to the stash to input the combination and grab your supplies.
