Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3 is officially here, unleashing a new playground of multiplayer mayhem. You’ll unlock new perks and equipment as you increase your level, but you may be wondering: What’s the CoD MW3 max level cap? We’re here to answer that question.
Call of Duty Modern Warfare 3: What’s the Max Level Cap?
Call of Duty is known for providing a level cap for players to aim for, and MW3 is no different. As you progress through your leveling, you’ll unlock various perks, tactical tools, killstreaks, and more. So, it’s incredibly worthwhile to grind for XP and level up as fast as you can.
The MW3 level cap in CoD MW3 is 55. However, once you max out Level 55, you’ll enter Prestige ranks and can progress further into endgame content.
How to View Your Current CoD MW3 Level
You can view your current level all over the main lobby. It’s listed directly next to your gamertag/username above your character. Additionally, in the upper right-hand corner, you can see a quick view of your advancement with a circle dictating your progression around your level.

You can keep track of your leveling by hitting the menu button and heading to the Progression tab in the top right-hand corner of the main lobby. As you can see, leveling up is incredibly worthwhile and offers plenty of rewards. If you participated in the Beta, all previous Beta-exclusive unlocks will be available in your inventory if you unlocked them.
