Call of Duty Modern Warfare PC Requirements and Specs

Call of Duty: Modern Warfare‘s minimum and recommended PC specs have finally been released, just a little more than two weeks ahead of launch. The information was released earlier today on the game’s Battle.net page. 

Wondering if you can run Modern Warfare on your PC before you confirm your PC pre-order? Look no further; we’ve collected the requirements below.

We’ve updated this specs sheet from an earlier version that only had requirements for 1080p 30fps and 1080p 60fps. The sheet now includes recommended specs for ray tracing, Ultra RTX, and competitive play. 

Call of Duty Modern Warfare Minimum PC Specs

• Processor: Intel Core i3-4340 or AMD FX-6300
• Video: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 670 / NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1650 or AMD Radeon HD 7950 – DirectX 12.0 compatible system

• Storage: 175 GB available hard drive space

Call of Duty Modern Warfare Competitive PC Specs

Compared to last year’s Call of Duty: Black Ops 4, Modern Warfare‘s specs are about the same. The biggest difference comes in the 175GB install size. Truly massive, it dwarfs the 80GB required by Black Ops 4. Though, it’s not much larger than the PC install size for Red Dead Redemption 2, which comes in at around 150GB.
