Destiny 2 Guide: How to Get Spoils of Conquest

Beyond Light, the latest expansion for Destiny 2, is out now on PS5 and Xbox Series X consoles. It introduces Spoils of Conquest, a new type of currency used to buy the set of new exotic gear. This guide will provide you with tips and tricks on how to get Spoils of Conquest in Destiny 2.

Each new exotic item costs an additional 240x Spoils of Conquest, which can seem like a ton if you’re not sure how to farm them. We’ll go into that below.

How to Get Spoils of Conquest

Beyond Light‘s Spoils of Conquest are available only in three locations, and all of them are raids. They include two old raids, such as Last Wish and Garden of Salvation, and a brand-new one, which is called Deep Stone Crypt.

All three raids follow similar scenarios. Players need to get to their respective locations and encounter all the bosses that protect these locations:

• Last Wish: Dreaming City, The Reef
• Garden of Salvation: The Black Garden
• Deep Stone Crypt: Deep Stone Crypt, Europa

Each boss rewards players with three Spoils of Conquest, which isn’t much. This means that players need to get through 80 encounters to be able to earn 240x Spoils of Conquest and purchase one exotic.

Both the Last Wish and Garden of Salvation raids are already available, while Deep Stone Crypt begins on November 21, 2020.

Where to Purchase Exotics

Once you have accumulated the necessary amount of Spoils of Conquest you can purchase new exotics by following this route:

1. Travel to The Tower
2. Go to The Vault
3. Interact with the Exotic Archive statue

Once you’re inside the archive you will be able to purchase all the new exotics available in Destiny 2: Beyond Light.
