Are There Console Commands and Cheats in Dragon’s Dogma 2?

While Dragon’s Dogma 2 doesn’t have an innate implemented console, there are already various cheat mods and scripts out to customize the gameplay. Some of the most popular cheat-like mods on NexusMods are:

  • Item Tweaks: Allows you to tweak item statistics so that they cost 1 gold, have no weight, have no decay, and have increased stack sizes. Furthermore, you can also increase sell prices to gain more gold and mix the aforementioned tweaks in various combinations.
  • Unlimited Stamina: This simple mod makes it so that you can have unlimited stamina by tweaking the game so that nothing consumes stamina.
  • Upgrade With No Material: Allows you to upgrade gear without requiring actual upgrade materials. Upgrades can also be free with this mod and do not even require Wyrmslife crystals for Wyrmfire upgrades.
  • Free Teleports: Allows you to teleport yourself and your pawns almost anywhere without Ferrystones or Portcrystals.
  • No Job Requirements: Makes it so that armor and weapons have no requirements so that you wield the best Fighter or Warrior armors on caster or ranged vocations.
  • Early N’ Cheap Art of Metamorphosis: Allows you to buy cheap Arts of Metamorphosis to change your or your pawn’s appearance and increases their item count so that you can buy much more.
  • Super Jump: Allows you to jump with increased height.

As you can see, there are a lot of cheat-like mods already to make the game easier or less tedious across various aspects of gameplay.

Does Cheat Engine Work With Dragon’s Dogma 2?

Furthermore, Reddit users experimented with Cheat Engine, and it’s confirmed that you can also tweak in-game values. Players have used Cheat Engine to change values like gold or rift crystals. However, I would highly recommend taking care and avoiding this if you’re inexperienced as DD2 has Denuvo anti-cheat implemented. This means that soft-bans can happen if you alter server-side values and your account is flagged.

In short, while Dragon’s Dogma 2 doesn’t have console commands yet, it does have cheat-like mods. For more DD2 guides, check out the top 10 mods for the game.
