Lightcall Resonance is a sidequest in Genshin Impact. Added as part of the version 3.6 update, it tasks you with tackling time trial challenges to earn rewards. There are four to complete, and we tell you how to start the quest and solve the challenges below.
How to Complete the Lightcall Resonance Quest in Genshin Impact
Before you can do the Lightcall Resonance quest, you must first complete the entirety of the Khvarena of Good and Evil quest chain. Once you’re done, Lightcall Resonance will be added to your log.
Track the quest and head to the marked location to meet a strange Pari named Jarjar (as seen in the image below). He says that you can try the challenges he’s prepared to see if you’ve truly mastered the traversal mechanics.

How Lightcall Resonance Trials Work
- There are four trials in total. Completing each one spawns a chest, and you’re also told to wait until the next day. Thankfully, this doesn’t pertain to a daily reset. Instead, you just have to fast-forward the in-game clock to start the next trial.
- Each challenge requires you to collect all Dendro particles floating in mid-air, then reaching the end zone to finish the task.
- Apart from using your regular grapple move and bouncy mushrooms, Sorush will also play a key role. If there are gaps, Sorush will either create a luminescent bridge or a new grapple point. Even better, you don’t need to have her equipped as a gadget since she’ll do these actions automatically.
- While not required, characters like Kazuha and Wanderer might be able to help in case you make mistakes since they have additional verticality boosts.
- Jarjar will move to a new location for each trial. As long as you’re tracking the quest, you should see him marked on your map.
