Ghostrunner 2: Where to Find Both Swords in Uninvited Guests

Give your sword a new look in Ghostrunner 2 when you find the two skins in the Uninvited Guests level.

Sure, your default sword is cool, but you can equip entirely new skins to it by finding them in specific levels. There are even two variations to find in the first level of the game if you know where to look. Here’s where to find all swords in Uninvited Guests in Ghostrunner 2.

How to Get Both Ghostrunner 2 Sword Skins in Uninvited Guests

The two swords you can find in Uninvited Guests are a bit tougher to reach than some of the other collectibles. And that befits their relative value. Upgrading your sword skin is one of the only ways you can change the aesthetic of Ghostrunner 2. The arm skins are cool, but the sword is what’s doing the work and takes up tons more screen real estate, so I’d prioritize swords over arms any day.

The Exact Location of the First Sword

To get them, progress through the level until you get past the second train section, where you must take the jump vents and gap jammer above the tracks. Make your way up the pipes. When you see the set of vault bars, use them to cross the gap, then turn around. You’ll see a breakable wall jump above some additional piping.

Jump down and break the wall, then follow the hallway a short way to your right. You’ll see the sword collectible icon hovering and spinning near the grating.

You can equip the sword skin immediately by opening your start menu, navigating to Armory, and selecting the blue and light gray swatch at the bottom left of the selection screen.

The Exact Location of the Second Sword

Keep proceeding through the level until you reach the next major combat arena, which also happens to be the last. You’ll know you’re in the right place when you have to jump to a vent toward two large LED screens. Clear out all the enemies, but don’t leave. If you take the exit now, you’ll lose your progress and have to start the whole level again.

The second sword is behind one of the large screens you can pull to the ground. The screen is showing an ad for something called Bio Mayonaise. Don’t ask me why. The future is weird.

Go up to the screen and grapple it down. Head through the tunnel that’s revealed and pick up the sword there. It’s a cleaner shade of red than the default, which is nice if you prefer less cyber-grunge on your weapons.

That’s where to find the swords during Uninvited Guests in Ghostrunner 2. If you’re looking for more tips and tricks, check out our guide on the best upgrade chips you can equip, plus more in our guides hub for the game.
