Helldivers 2 System Requirements: Minimum, Recommended, Performance, and Ultra PC Specs

Everyone likes shooting space bugs, especially those faring from Super Earth. Arrowhead Game Studios recently released the full set of Helldivers 2 system requirements, and it’s got more to it than your run-of-the-mill minimum and recommended specs.

You know a game is using some of the latest tech if it’s got four tiers of system specs it can run on. That’s exactly the case with Helldivers 2, which has requirements spanning from a mere GTX 1050Ti/RX 470, all the way up to a RTX 4070Ti/RX 7900 XTX.

So while the game can be absolutely gorgeous for those with the hardware to back it up, it’s still possible to play on PCs with older hardware with less visual flair. All Helldivers 2 specs require Windows 10 with 64-bit processor, which you very likely are already on.

This is the only level of spec that allows for HDD use instead of an SSD. 7200 RPM is on the faster side for HDDs and may surpass what you have if you’re using a budget drive.

Those are all the Helldivers 2 system requirements you need to worry about on PC. The minimum specs are easy enough to meet, but the performance and ultra specs are easily for those with a gaming PC specifically. Look for our Helldivers 2 guides after the game releases on February 2.
