The actual process of becoming a dealer is rather straightforward. Once you purchase the Dealer Pack or acquire it through purchasing Boss Mode, both of which cost real money, then you find it as an option under Occupation > Special Careers > Dealer. This brings up a list of cartels and their infamy. Choose one to join. If they deny you, you can simply keep asking to join until they let you in.

How to Get Promotions as a Dealer in BitLife

Then, once you join, you’ll likely be a Dealer, meaning that you need to sell drugs on your turf to increase control. Promotions are primarily based on how much money you bring in from sales. This lets you move up to positions like Runner, Manufacturer, and eventually Kingpin. Other factors that help you get promoted include running off Rival Dealers from your turf and bribing the officer(s) on your turf. Both of these also help increase your cartel’s control of your turf.

Tips for Dealing in BitLife

The Dealer Special Talent is a huge help when it comes to successfully selling. There’s also no limit to how much you can sell each year. However, you want to avoid selling below market price because it upsets your boss. Additionally, there’s a chance that any given person on your turf can be an undercover cop, and they’ll arrest you if you try dealing to them. So far, this seems rather random, so there’s no good way to tell if somebody is likely to be an undercover cop or not.
