Sand Land: How to get the Speed Booster Chip

Sand Land has fun tank combat. However, it’s also your main means of transportation. Early in the game, I found the speed of the Tank to be too slow, even when using the turbo boost. However, there’s a chip upgrade you can obtain before the first dungeon that can increase the speed of your Tank.

During the Main Quest, A Jump-bot?! Gimme, you’ll make your way through a small cave. At the beginning of the cave, there’ll be an upper and lower level. If you stay to the left on the lower level, you’ll find three chests that’ll give you resources like different refined steels.

If you go to the right, you’ll have to jump up a few ledges to reach the upper level. To find the Speed Booster Chip, stay to the right, and you’ll find a ledge that overlooks the three chests you collected below. If you look closely, there’ll be a shining spot on the ground that’ll give your speed chip.

However, you won’t be able to equip the Speed Booster Chip right away. You’ll have to wait until you finish the Tank Repairs Main Quest. This will give you access to EX Chips when upgrading and customizing your Tanks. I highly recommend using the speed chip as soon as you can since it’ll increase the speed of your tank and make traveling a much more pleasant experience.
