You can head into the Item Shop to not just buy cosmetics but also to redeem codes for cosmetics. Head into the Item Shop and then select the Redeem icon at the top right of the shop. This is where you input your codes.

Why Don’t My Party Animals Codes Work?
There are two potential issues that may cause this, particularly right now.
