Sulfur Caves are the newest underground biomes added to Minecraft, and some of the rarest! The Sulfur Cave in this world makes its presence known by having four unique Sulfur Springs around the ravine that leads into it. Once you drop into the ravine, you’ll immediately come face-to-face with this unique biome. Make sure to visit a nearby Snowy Village before dropping into this cave. There is a Blacksmith living in the village, whose chest has everything you need to explore the Sulfur Cave biome safely.

18 – Six Plains Villages

This is an ideal Minecraft seed for survival players because it gives everyone immediate access to seven total villages. Six of these villages are located in a wide Plains biome, while the seventh is at the edge of the neighboring Snowy Plains biome. Players will also have access to a Pillager Outpost and a nearly-complete ruined Nether portal in the Plains area. The portal can be finished by heading to the third Plains Village and gathering the obsidian blocks hidden in the Blacksmith’s chest. That chest will also contain two diamonds, so you’ll be able to craft a diamond sword for the Nether.

16 – Frozen Mushroom Island

An easy-going life on a lake awaits anyone who enters this Minecraft world. You’ll spawn a short walk away from a Taiga Village at the edge of a large lake. While the village initially appears to be the only structure around, there is actually a set of Trail Ruins hidden within it. Additionally, there is a shipwreck buried beneath the beach south of the town. Anyone who wants to take a break from the easygoing days and test their combat skills can do so at the Trial Chamber south of the lake.

After entering this world, the first thing you’ll want to do is search the beach in front of you for a buried shipwreck. Once you’ve looted the shipwreck, head northeast to find a Desert Village next to a ravine. The ravine opens up into a Sulfur Cave on the right and a regular cave with a Desert Temple on the left. There is also a ruined Nether portal buried beneath the sand behind the village.

Players enter this world in a large Savanna next to a Lukewarm Ocean. Looking out toward the ocean from Spawn reveals that a Savanna Village is floating in the middle of the sea. Since most of the island is made of the village and thus lit up, players will easily avoid certain hostile mobs, like skeletons, while living there. 10 – Blacksmith Villages by Cherry Grove

Two Plains Villages with Blacksmiths have made their homes at opposite ends of this Cherry Grove biome. Between the two smiths, you’ll gather six obsidian blocks, a few pre-made tools, and a saddle for the next horse you tame. The combination of these two villages makes this Cherry Grove a great place to live. However, it is not without its challenges. There are three Trial Chambers hidden beneath the area, allowing players to test their battle prowess in exchange for rare treasures.

8 – Lush and Sulfur Cave Mineshafts

Three mineshafts fill the cave near spawn, giving players a chance to find plenty of treasure to kick-start their next survival adventure. The first two mineshafts are in a Lush Cave biome, while the third is at the edge of a Sulfur Cave. Before entering this cave, make sure you either have a bucket of water or extra blocks that can be used to stop a fire from spreading. You’ll need to prevent the first mineshaft from catching on fire due to a stream of lava flowing toward it from an upper portion of the cave.

Walking toward the Plains Village near spawn will lead players directly to a Sulfur Spring enclosed in oak trees. Digging directly down from this spring will bring players to the small Sulfur Cave beneath it.

Taiga biomes are well-known for being one of the best, and only, places to discover and excavate Trail Ruins. This Taiga is a perfect example because it is home to three Trail Ruins, plus two Taiga Villages. I’d recommend stopping by the first village to gather food and a few supplies, then head straight to the second village. The second town is located above a ravine that serves as a source of iron ore. Gather this iron and use it to upgrade your gear before heading off to explore all of the ruins this area has to offer.

A ship has sunk and crashed into a set of Cold Ocean Ruins beneath the surface of this Frozen Ocean. The combination of these two structures makes for a unique sight that you won’t want to miss! However, you will need to fight through a horde of Drowned to look upon it safely. The area near this combination is also home to another shipwreck and a ruined Nether portal.

A large Desert Village overlooking a lush Coral Reef awaits you in this Minecraft world. You’ll enter this world right next to the Desert Village, which makes its home on a small island next to a much larger Desert. The Coral Reef is home to a few shipwrecks and Warm Ocean Ruins. Exploring all of these structures will allow you to find buried treasure and some rare archaeological treasures, including Sniffer Eggs! You’ll also be able to visit a Pillager Outpost deeper in the Desert and a nearby Jungle for wood and a Jungle Temple.

While this world begins next to a large Cherry Grove biome, the real star of the show is a Woodland Mansion 700 blocks south. The Mansion is built into the side of a mountain made of Grove and Jagged Peaks biomes. Parts of the mountain have generated inside the mansion, including a pool of lava! This lava will set the Mansion on fire, so you’ll either need to put it out quickly or hurry through the building before it turns to ashes.
