  1. Go to “SteamLibrarysteamappscommonVictoria 3launcher” folder on your PC.
  2. Right-click on “launcher-installer-windows.msi” file.
  3. Select “Repair” option.
  4. Wait for the process to complete.

If this didn’t help, then you can reinstall the launcher manually, by selecting “Uninstall” at step 3, and then “Install” again.

Launch the Executable

You can also eliminate the Paradox launcher and start the game by directly launching the executable file. Here’s how you can do it:

  2. Right-click on “victoria3.exe” file.
  3. Select “Run as Administrator” option.
