What is Social Squad in Suicide Squad Kill the Justice League?

Social Squad brings a unique feature to solo players. The setting is automatically active in solo mode and deactivates in multiplayer mode. Suicide Squad Social Squad lets you utilize characters from other players’ games. You can bring characters over from your friends’ Suicide Squad or global leaderboards online to act as bots in your game.

This is a great option for solo players like me because I can use the other players’ equipment and skills when I recruit their characters. It also means I don’t have to kit out the other members of my Suicide Squad, nor to I have to be at a disadvantage if I’ve not leveled Captain Boomerang or don’t have good weapons for Deadshot.

Whenever you recruit a character through Social Squad, the owner of that character receives some rewards from your gaming session. If you can’t quite get your schedule to align with your friends’, this is a great way to share your progress in-game. And if they use your characters, you get rewards.

How to Use Social Squad and Invite Characters to Your Game

Using Suicide Squad‘s Social Squad feature requires some planning. You can’t invite characters while in an active session, so you must use Social Squad from the main menu. Here’s what to do.

  • If in an active session, exit and go to the main menu.
  • Go to the Social tab.
  • Select Global for the global leaderboard or Friends for your Friends menu.
  • Select the character you want to recruit.
  • Use R3 to view the full player profile.
  • Confirm by selecting “Add bot to squad.”

All bots leave your game after you log out. So, you’ll have to repeat the process every time you play. If you want to recruit two or more characters, I recommend using the double trouble or triple threat global option. These menus have preselected teams guaranteed to pack a punch. I’ve found it useful to utilize the geared-up characters for big boss battles, or grinding for XP on side missions.

That does it for what Social Squad is and how to use it in Suicide Squad Kill the Justice League. We’ve got plenty more tips and tricks for you to discover at our SSKJL guides hub, like how to create and join clans and more.
