Which Side do You Enter, and on Which Side do You Leave in Reverse 1999?

In Reverse 1999 Chapter 5, you’ll come across the “A Refresher of Essentials” trial quiz. These riddles are notorious for being difficult to solve. In this guide, I’ll tell you which side do you enter, and which side do you leave in Reverse 1999.

In Chapter 5, stage 9, A Refresher of Essentials quizzes you on the following: “The island’s precepts must be memorized. When entering and leaving the assembly hall, from “which side do you enter, and on which side do you leave?”

To find the answer to this riddle, we’ll have to go back to a previous stage in this chapter. In 5Th-08, Ancient Rules, Sonetto and Sophia talk about all of the rules on the island and how they can’t remember them all. 

Ms. Radio comes into the conversation to reveal all 10 rules. However, we only care about one. Rule seven reveals the answer to the riddle. “Seven, do not enter the hall in new garments. Enter the hall from the right and leave from the left.” If you happen to skip the cutscene, you can rewatch any cutscene in the Atlas in the Story Review tab. 

So the answer to which side do you enter, and which side do you leave is: right, left. Make sure both words are lowercase, separated by a comma, and have a space in between them. If you have a space at the end of the answer, it won’t work.
