Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty players may speak to a number of NPCs in the Hidden Village known as Hermits of Tianzhu. Each can give you a quest to complete, and the one from the Locked-Out Taoist, a lady who lives near Zhu Xia’s Forge, is particularly troublesome. She will ask you to find her house and backyard keys, and our guide will show you how to get both of those keys, as well as all associated rewards.
How to Get House Key in Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty
First you must find the house key that Taoist lady lost, which can be obtained during one of the main missions recommended for Level 25 players.
Follow these steps to acquire the house key:
- Start the “In Search of the Immortal Wizard” mission at the Yang Province.
- Reach the Aoye boss arena at the very end of the mission.
- Look out for a stone lantern to your left in front of the arena.
- The house key can be seen on the ground next to the lantern.
Once you’ve found the key, bring it back to Locked-Out Taoist, and speak to her twice in order to gain permission to enter her house. You will find a couple of Bronze Dual Swords inside the house as your reward for completing this part of the quest.
How to Get Backyard Key in Wo Long: Fallen Dynasty
After finding the house key players can return to the Taoist lady and speak to her again. This time she will ask you to bring back her backyard key. This key can be found much later in the game once you reach Level 61.
Follow these steps to acquire the backdoor key:
- Start the “War’s Flames Blaze Fiercely” mission at the Guangdong region.
- Reach the Fifth Marking Flag, which you can find in the chamber accessible via the dragon statue’s mouth.
- Check out the siderooms in the same chamber.
- One of the rooms will contain the backyard key.
Return the key to the lady and use it to unlock a room with three chests inside her house. All three chests are locked, and require three more keys that can be exchanged at the blacksmith for the following three items:
- Fire Pot.
- Anti-Freeze Soil.
- Mystic Crane.
Once you unlock all three chests, you will get the following rewards:
- Large Genuine Qi Crystal.
- 2 Small Genuine Qi Crystals.
- 5 Genuine Qi Fragments.
- Rank 8 Leather.
- Rank 8 Steel.
- Rank 7 Leather.
- Rank 7 Steel.
- Lieutenant-General Armor.
- Wooden Poled Spear.
