Yakuza 6 RIZAP Meal Plan Food Guide

A full guide to all your RIZAP personal trainer's meal plans in Yakuza 6.

The personal trainer at RIZAP fitness center wants you to do a bit more than just work out in Yakuza 6: The Song of Life. You’ll need to follow his meal plan to make the most of your efforts, specifically to increase your Charm and Technique as the workouts themselves do not give EXP toward those stats.

After each workout, trainer Makuta will assign you a food to eat for today’s meal to boost your gains in the gym. Problem is, his guidelines can be a little vague. That’s where this guide comes in.

Below are all of personal trainer Makuta’s meal plan suggestions, along with the foods you should eat and where you can eat them. The meal plans he gives you are random, and so the dialogues below are in alphabetical order with the most pertinent parts highlighted so you can pick them out more easily.
