How to Get Fluxweed Stem in Hogwarts Legacy
There are two main ways to get Fluxweed Stem. As with other plants, it can be purchased at vendors such as The Magic Neep in Hogsmeade, or grown from seed.

- How to Buy Fluxweed Stem: Fluxweed Stem can be purchased from The Magic Neep as soon as your 1st visit to Hogsmeade. It costs 150 galleons. If you are just looking to complete Professor Sharp’s assignment this can be the way to go.
- How to Grow Fluxweed Seed: The seeds for Fluxweed can also be purchased from The Magic Neep. A bit pricier at 350 galleons, if you are planning on brewing lots of potions this is the more efficient option. Short on Galleons? There are plenty of Disillusionment Chests around Hogsmeade you may be able to pilfer, depending on when you visit.
- In addition to the seeds, you will need a large pot herbology table as well as the Room of Requirement unlocked. The spellcraft can be bought at Tomes & Scrolls for 1,000 galleons. Fluxweed takes 15 minutes to grow and will yield five stems.

Fluxweed Stem Uses in Hogwarts Legacy
There are two uses for Fluxweed Stems: brewing potions and completing assignments. The Focus Potion is used to fulfill the “Acquire a Focus Potion” part of Professor Sharp’s Assignment 1. The Felix Felicis Potion is only available to those who pre-ordered on PlayStation and is better known as “Liquid Luck”.
