All Noita Orbs of True Knowledge Locations

Each of the 11 Orbs of True Knowledge holds a powerful spell which the player learns of the current run and all future runs. Here are all of them if you want to skip to their specific locations:

Then, once an Orb is collected, future picks of the same Orb will grant you +25 Max HP. Lastly, before we dive into all Noita Orbs locations, I discovered that the final boss’ health increases drastically the more Orbs you have collected. With that in mind, let’s find them all.

Orb of Sea of Lava

The Orb of Lava was the first Orb I found. It’s on the floating Mountain Altar island above the snowy mountain near the starting area in the Forest. You’ll need any kind of levitation spell to reach it and also a spell for destroying terrain to reach the Orb because it’s beneath the Altar. Picking it up grants you the Sea of Lava spell for the current and all future runs.

Orb of Earthquake

I found the Orb of Earthquake second. It’s at the top of the Pyramid to the east of the starting area. A popular way to reach it is by flight, but I just used Paha Silma to drill up to it. Picking it up teaches you the Earthquake spell.

Orb of Necromancy

Orb of Necromancy is the third Orb I found, and it’s right below the Pyramid in the Sandcave biome. It’s all the way down at the bottom temple-like area with the pillars, which you can reach by drilling all the way down with a terrain destruction spell. Watch out for enemies with explosive ranged attacks. Picking it up unlocks the Necromancy projectile modifier.

Orb of Tentacle

The Orb of Tentacle is far in the southwest area under the Frozen Vault. This is beneath the Snowy Wasteland biome, which you can reach by going westward from the Giant Tree. Go all the way down in the Frozen Vault until you reach a temple-looking area with pillars with the Orb in the center. Picking it up unlocks the infamous Tentacle spell.

Orb of Holy Bomb

The Orb of Holy Bomb takes a bit of work, like the Tentacle orb. From the starting area, you’ll need to go below to the Mines. Then, go further down to the Coal Pits and then even further down to the Snowy Depths. The location you’re looking for is the Magic Temple, which is west of the Snowy Depths. Continue westward through the Magic Temple until you reach the Orb room with the Holy Bomb orb in it, which unlocks the spell.

Orb of Nuke

To find the Orb of Nuke, you’ll have to reach the Lava Lake. It’s accessible by going through the Mines and following the path east or, in other words, southeast from the starting area. Following the picture above, you have two options. Use a spell like Black Hole to dig down and then to the right and up to the orb. Alternatively, you can also solidify the lava with a freezing spell and dig through to reach the orb. Either way, the Orb unlocks the Nuke spell. I would also pick up the Tabula Smaragdina, which is to the left of the Lava Lake.

Orb of Thundercloud

The Thundercloud Orb is extremely close to the Orb of Nuke. In fact, it’s just across the chasm bridge to the right of the Lava Lake. You can reach this area by going southeast from the starting area through the mines and continuing east to the Lava Lake. Cross the bridge past the lake, and you’ll find the Orb of Thundercloud in the temple-like room as in the picture. On the other hand, you can also reach it by going across the forest east of the starting area and digging down to the temple if you have powerful digging spells.

Orb of Fireworks

The Orb of Fireworks is at the center of the Hell version of The Work. You can find The Work (Hell) below the lava ocean under The Laboratory, which is accessed through the Temple of the Art. To reach this area you’ll have to head down to the Mines, then keep descending to the Coal Pits, then down to the Snowy Depths. From here, you continue further below to the Jungle, then down to the Vault, and beneath the Vault is the Temple of the Art.

Furthermore, you then go south-east to the Laboratory and beneath the Laboratory is where you’ll find The Work (Hell). At the center of The Work (Hell) is an Orb room with the Orb of Fireworks.

Orb of Spiral Shot

The Orb of Spiral Shot is at the bottom of the Lukki Lair biome so watch out for Ominous Liquid here, which is like Poison that doesn’t evaporate. You can enter Lukki Lair at the western exit of the Jungle or the Vault. The Orb room is at the very bottom where you can pick it up and learn the Spiral Shot spell.

Orb of Cement

The Orb of Cement is at the very bottom of the Wizard’s Den biome. You can access it beneath the Desert Chasm, which is below the Pyramid. I also found a way to enter it east of the Temple of the Art. The Orb room is at the very bottom, where you can pick up the Cement spell.

Orb of Summon Deercoy

The Orb of Deercoy will take a lot of digging through snow since it’s at the very bottom of the Snow Chasm. This is under the Snowy Wasteland, which you can access west of the Giant Tree. If you’re seeing snow and ice, just keep digging down until you reach the Orb room as in the picture above. Picking it up unlocks Summon Deercoy, Flock of Ducks, and Worm Launcher.
