Detective Pikachu Returns: How to Find the Lost Gossifleur

When you escape the Southern Ruins and head back to Ryme City in Detective Pikachu Returns, trouble begins to brew. Following a brawl between Mewtwo and a gang of unruly Beedrill, Pikachu is accused of a crime he didn’t commit. It’s up to Tim to prove his partner’s innocence, but a case of missing Gossifleur pops up along the way. Here’s how and where to find the two lost Gossifleur in Detective Pikachu Returns.

How to Find the Lost Gossifleur in Detective Pikachu Returns

Once Tim is able to speak with Pikachu at the police station, you’ll need to search for clues outside. Your destination is Fountain Plaza at the center of Ryme City. On your way to the scene of the alleged crime, a young woman and her Gossifleur will need your help.

She explains that she’s a choir instructor, and she’s missing two of her Gossifleur pupils. Fortunately, you won’t need to look too far to find the missing Pokemon.

Where to Find the First Lost Gossifleur

To locate the first Gossifleur, you’ll just need to retrace your steps. The lost Pokemon can be found just outside the police station, to the left of the entrance. There’s a chance you might have noticed the Gossifleur hanging around here before you knew its trainer was searching for it, as I did on my own playthrough. Just speak with the lost Pokemon to promptly send it back to its trainer.

Where to Find the Second Lost Gossifleur

The second Gossifleur is found a bit further away in Fountain Plaza. As you search for clues around the fountain centerpiece, you’ll spot the lost Pokemon behind a snack stand to your right. It’s better hidden than the first Gossifleur, so you could miss it if you’re caught up in proving Pikachu’s innocence. Tell the Pokemon to return to its trainer, then get back to the case at hand.
