How to Unlock Stanley Ironside in Vampire Survivors Operation Guns DLC

Here's how to unlock Stanley Ironside in Vampire Survivors Operation Guns DLC.

The Vampire Survivors Operation Guns DLC added plenty of collectibles used to unlock playable characters. For Stanley, we’ll need Rapid Fire, so let’s talk about how to unlock Stanley Ironside in Vampire Survivors.

I unlocked Stanley Ironside in the Operation Guns DLC by collecting 21 Rapid Fire pick-ups. Similarly, as with unlocking Newt Plissken with Grenades, your Rapid Fire progress is saved across all runs. Rapid Fire is a new collectible added in the Operation Guns DLC that temporarily boosts your Speed by 30% and reduces cooldowns by 30%. The pick-up looks like a red-winged “R” symbol.

Where to Find 21 RapidFires in Vampire Survivors Operation Guns DLC

You’ll find Rapid Fire pick-ups in Neo Galuga inside flying silver pods that sometimes spawn. They have red crosses on the pod, and they appear regularly, so you can’t miss them. Simply shoot to open them with a directional weapon, and inside, you can find Rapid Fire to boost your DPS temporarily.

Collect 21 Rapid Fire pick-ups in total to unlock Stanley and your progress is saved across all runs. While chasing these new pick-up items for various character unlocks I like to get the Arcana VIII card Mad Groove. Essentially, it pulls in all collectible items toward you every 2 minutes. You can get this card by reaching minute 31 in the Mad Forest if you haven’t already.

Once you get 21 Rapid Fires, the notification for Stanley pops up, and you can buy him in the character menu for your next run. His price in gold coins will vary based on how many characters you already bought but it was 4250 for me. Stanley’s special ability makes it so that increasing Might also increases armor and his signature weapon is the Homing Miss.
