How to Unlock the Aerial Assault Trooper Skin in Fortnite

The only way to unlock the Aerial Assault Trooper skin for Spitfire is via the Item Shop. Unfortunately, the skin hasn’t been seen since 2017, where it cost 1,200 V-Bucks. So, there’s no way to know when the skin will return legitimately. Because of this lack of recurrence, I’m hopeful that it will make a return soon, just like I hope the Yuji Itadori skin does.

Hopefully, the more we talk about it, the more likely Epic will catch wind of fans wanting it to return. So bee sure to keep mentioning it on socials and forums! There have been some truly convoluted ways of getting it in the past, and while you can seek those out yourself, even those are limited-time only.

Considering the Aerial Assault Trooper skin hasn’t been seen in years, its assigned Rare quality is right on track; I could even argue is very rare at this point. Epic Games is known to bring outfits out of the vault but hasn’t done so for Aerial Assault Trooper. If you’ve got it in your locker, you’ve got a rare outfit on your hands.

How Many Times Has the Aerial Assault Trooper Been in the Shop?

If you’re after the Aerial Assault Trooper skin, you’re probably wondering how many times the outfit has appeared in the item shop. Aerial Assault Trooper has appeared in the Season item shop 49 times. While that sounds like a lot, it doesn’t negate the fact it’s been vaulted since the year it was released.
