Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom — How to Get Hero of the Sky Set in TotK

Here's our guide to help you get the Hero of the Sky Set in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom.

The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom Hero of the Sky Set provides you with a (somewhat) unique look, making Link similar to his counterpart design in Skyward Sword. It’s a nice little Easter egg of sorts and provides a decent increase to your overall defense. Whether you’re seeking it out for either reason, here’s our guide to help you get the Hero of the Sky Set in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom.

How to Get the Hero of the Sky Set in Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom

The Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom Hero of the Sky Set consists of the following armor pieces: Cap of the Sky, Tunic of the Sky, and Trousers of the Sky. I’ve listed down instructions on where you can find each item. Likewise, I’ve included maps for easier navigation.

Note that the TotK Hero of the Sky Set adds +3 defense per item, for a total of +9 defense. However, the set does not provide unique perks or passives. The outfit merely showcases one of Link’s attires from past games with a slight defense boost.

All of these gear pieces can be found in the Depths World. As such, I suggest checking our Lightroot locations guide, as well as making a Hoverbike, to aid you in your exploration. It will be far easier to get this armor set if you do.

Cap of the Sky Location

  • Location: Kisihayam Lightroot near Abandoned Hateno Mine — Go northeast upon spawning at the Lightroot. You’ll see the chest in a small blocked-off section with an Evermean tree.
  • Coordinates: 3823, -1985, -0632

Tunic of the Sky Location

  • Location: Minshi Grove/Uihcoke Lightroot — If you’ve already discovered the Lightroot, then simply look north to find a small section with yet another Evermean tree enemy.
  • Coordinates: 1014, 1423, -0537

Trousers of the Sky Location

  • Location: Nojoj Lightroot — This is directly north of the Lightroot, in a small terrace/gazebo.
  • Coordinates: 1164, 0424, -0580

And there you have it. Now you know how to find the TotK Hero of the Sky Set. Though the steps aren’t as involved as they are for some other sets, simply navigating the Depths is a challenge in and of itself. Be sure to visit our Zelda: TotK guides hub for more tips, strategies, and walkthroughs.
