Vampire Survivors has been revitalized with its 1.0 update, and veteran fans, as well as newcomers, are eager to explore the stages and maps available. In addition to five regular locations like Inlaid Library or Cappella Magna, you can unlock and access bonuses and hidden levels by completing certain objectives.
This includes unlocking Hyper Mode on four ordinary maps, which unlocks Moonglow, where you can access the shopkeeper NPC, which provides you rare Relics and items for Gold currency. Continue reading to learn how to unlock all of these exciting stages in Vampire Survivors.
All Maps in the Vampire Survivors and How to Unlock Each One
There are 12 maps in Vampire Survivors. Breaking that down, there are five normal maps, two bonus maps, four challenge maps, and three Hidden or Secret maps. Below is a guide on how to unlock each map.
Normal maps
Mad Forest
- How to unlock this stage: Unlocked right off the bat.
Mad Forest is the opening act of Vampire Survivors. It is also the only level available in its demo version.
Inlaid Library
- How to unlock this stage: You can unlock this stage by reaching Level 20 in the Mad Forest.
The Inlaid Library is the second map of the game. It is an endless library full of monsters.
Dairy Plant
- How to unlock this stage: You can access this stage by reaching Level 40 in the Inlaid Library
The Dairy Plant is the third map in the game. It is the birthplace of milk magic, where you can find strange creatures like milk elementals.
Gallo Tower
- How to unlock this stage: You can unlock this stage by reaching Level 60 in the Dairy Plant.
The Gallo Tower is the fourth map of the game. It is a place of science and sorcery where horrors were done in the name of progress.
Cappella Magna
- How to unlock this stage: You can unlock this stage by reaching Level 80 in the Gallo Tower.
The Cappella Magna, or the Great Chapel is the fifth Map in the game. It is a chapel full of fallen angels and demons.
Bonus Maps
Il Molise
- How to unlock this stage: You can unlock this place by unlocking Hyper Mode (see below) on one normal map.
Il Molise is the first bonus map in the game. It is a place full of plat monsters.
Moongolow
- How to unlock this stage: You can unlock this stage by getting Hyper Mode on four normal maps.
Moongolow is the second bonus map in the game. It was a city that was swallowed by the sea. It’s full of sea creatures and other monsters.
Challenge Maps
Green Acres
- How to unlock this stage: You can unlock this challenge stage by getting Hyper Mode on two normal maps
Green Acres is the first challenge map in the game. It is a place that changes with fate.
The Bone Zone
How to unlock this stage: You can unlock this challenge stage by unlocking Hyper Mode on three normal maps
The Bone Zone is the second challenge map in the game. It is a place full of bones and skeletons of all kinds.
Boss Rash
- How to unlock this stage: You can unlock this challenge stage by getting Hyper Mode for Mad Forest, Inlaid Library, Dairy Plant, Gallo Tower, and Cappella Magna.
Boss Rash is the third challenge map in the game. It’s a colosseum where you can take on all the bosses in the game.
Tiny Bridge
- How to unlock this stage: You can unlock this stage by reaching Level 80 inverse Gallo Tower.
Tiny Bridge is the fourth challenge map in the game. It is a little bridge that two opposing forces are fighting over.
Hidden/Secret Maps
Eudaimonia Machine
- How to unlock this stage: You can unlock this stage by obtaining all the relics from all stages.
The Eudaimonia Machine is a hidden map in the game. This is where you can find the two relics; Gracia’s Mirror and Seventh Trumpet. Gracia’s Mirror will allow you to access the inverse versions of the maps.
Holy Forbidden
- How to unlock this stage: You can unlock this stage by killing the Trinacria in Moonglow. This guide leads you through the process and provides tips for completing it.
The Holy Forbidden is a hidden map in the game. It is a long hallway in the sky full of angels and other creatures.
Mt.Moonspell
How to unlock this stage: You can unlock this stage by Unlocking the Inlaid Library, but you must have the Legacy of the Moonspell DLC.
Mt.Moonspell is a DLC stage from the Legacy of the Moonspell. It is a snowy mountain full of monsters.
How to Unlock Hyper Mode
To get hyper-mode, you must complete an objective on that specific map. Here is a list of those objectives you need to complete to unlock Hyper Mode for each map.
- Killing the Giant Blue Venus unlocks the Mad Forest Hyper Mode.
- Killing the Nesuferit unlocks Inlaid Library Hyper Mode.
- Killing the Sword Guardian unlocks the Dairy Plant Hyper Mode.
- Killing the Giant Enemy Crab unlocks the Gallo Tower Hyper Mode.
- Killing the Trinacria unlocks the Cappella Magna Hyper Mode.
