Every Harley Quinn Skill, Talent, and Ability in Suicide Squad Kill the Justice League

Harley Quinn combines the most exciting aspects of playing as both Spiderman and a melee assassin in RPGs. I found her talents offer her some of the highest melee damage in Kill the Justice League while her weapons of choice are pistols and SMGs. That said, she also sports a lot of grenade damage boosts to sow AoE chaos around the battlefield.

Besides swinging around with your Bat-Drone and chaining grappling hooks, one neat thing I also discovered while playing Harley is she’s the only character who can stay in the air forever. You can hold down your Drone Swing button and swing mid-air for as long as you want. You can even aim and shoot with both one-handed and two-handed weapons while doing this and her talents offer bonuses while airborne.

Overall, Harley is a versatile character that offers excellent maneuverability and one I use to great effect in close to medium-range damage to do massive amounts of damage before flittering away. Similarly to what we did for Deadshot, Boomerang, and King Shark, let’s take a look at Harley’s talent trees.

All Harley Quinn Thrills N’ Kills Talents in Suicide Squad Kill the Justice League

Thrills N’ Kills Talents increase Harley’s firearm ammo reserve capacity by 35% and every x1 Combo increases Pistol damage by 1%. There are some great pistols in Kill the Justice League, and I’d especially pay attention to this tree if you’ve gotten the Deluxe Edition Black Mask weapons. I use Harley as a quick hitter assassin type, getting in and getting out quickly while dealing massive damage. This tree is great for that, and I’ve started speccing into the Grenade Talents, too, because I like to leave a little explosion behind in my wake.   • Thrills N’ Kills Tier 1 Talents
    • Carnevil: Activates at 5x Combo and higher and increases damage dealt by 10% and successful Counters have a 50% chance to drop Ammo.
  • Thrills N’ Kills Tier 2 Talents
    • Traumatic Experience: Melee hits cause enemies to deal 50% less damage and take 25% more damage from Firearms for 15 seconds.
    • Bigger Bang: Increases Grenade explosion radius by 20% and Grenade ammo capacity by 1.
  • Thrills N’ Kills Tier 3 Talents
    • Handy Hand Cannons: At x10 Combo and higher, Critical hits with Pistols have a 100% chance to cause enemies to Bleed for 40% of the damage dealt over 10 seconds.
    • Small but Deadly: SMG kills increase the damage of your next Melee hit by 25%.
  • Thrills N’ Kills Tier 4 Talents
    • Group Therapy: Hitting 3 or more enemies with a Grenade generates x3 Combo.
    • Self-Care: Enemy kills regenerate 1% Health and 1% Shield.
  • Thrills N’ Kills Tier 5 Talents
    • Cherry Bomb: Grenade hits have a 25% to spawn an additional live grenade.
    • Reckless: 50% chance to instantly Reload firearms after Pistol kills.
  • Thrills N’ Kills Tier 6 Talents
    • Bottle Rocket: At 20x Combo and higher, enemy kills have a 50% chance to cause the enemy to Explode, dealing 50% of their maximum health as damage to enemies within 10 meters.
  • Thrills N’ Kills Tier 7 Talents
    • Grenade Parade: Enemies Hit by your Grenade take 20% more damage for 10 seconds.
    • Home Cookin: At x20 Combo and higher, performing a Shield Harvest increases the damage of your next Grenade by 50%.
  • Thrills N’ Kills Tier 8 Talents
    • Encore: At x30 Combo and higher, performing a Shield Harvest has a 100% chance to cause the enemy to Bleed for 50% of the damage dealt over 10 seconds.
  • Thrills N’ Kills Tier 9 Talents
    • Clown Smackdown: Enemy Kills generate 10% Suicide Strike resource.
    • Boom, Bang, Pow: At x30 Combo and higher, 300% of the damage from the last 3 Pistol Hits are added to your next Melee hit.
  • Thrills N’ Kills Tier 10 Talents
    • The Ballerina: Transforms Carnevil into The Ballerina which requires 40x Combo and higher and increases Firearm damage by 75%, Grenade damage by 50% and melee damage by 100%.
    • The Show Must Go On: Increase maximum combo by 10, and if the Combo Breaker triggers at x10 Combo or higher, you generate 10 Combo. This can only happen once every 60 seconds.
    • Bring Out The Big Guns: At x10 Combo and higher, critical hits with Heavy Weapons have a 100% chance to Spread 20% of the damage dealt to enemies within 10 meters.
    • Intensive Treatment: Transforms Carnevil into Intensive Treatment which requires x40 Combo and higher and increases Damage Reduction by 30%, Shield capacity by 100% and Shield Harvest chance by 50%.
  • Leave a Mark: Melee hits have a 100% chance to make enemies Bleed for 50% of the damage dealt over 5 seconds but Melee cooldown is increased by 1 second.

All Harley Quinn Meet My Mallet Abilities in Suicide Squad Kill the Justice League

This talent tree is all about melee damage, shield regen, and grenades. By default, you get a 10% increase to both movement speed and melee damage. Using Harley’s baseball bat feels so good to me, so I do a lot of melee, even when not regaining shields. I go for the Arkham Special and Big Swinger to up shield regen and get big melee damage gains. Here are all the talents by tiers:

  • Meet My Mallet Tier 1 Abilities
    • Home Run Hunter: Increases Melee damage by 200% but Melee cooldown is increased by 2 seconds.Untouchable: At 5x Combo and higher, Shield capacity is increased by 20% and Shield Harvest chance by 25%.
    • Battering Practice: Increases Melee knockback distance by 200% on Grunts but melee cooldown is increased by 1 second.
  • Meet My Mallet Tier 2 Abilities
    • Suicide Strike: Unlocks Harley’s Suicide Strike.
  • Meet My Mallet Tier 3 Abilities
    • Arkham Special: Activates at x10 Combo and higher and increases Melee damage by 30% and performing a Shield Harvest has a 25% chance to drop Grenade Ammo.
  • Meet My Mallet Tier 4 Abilities
    • Drone In The Zone: At x10 Combo and higher, performing a Shield Harvest generates 25% Grapple Attack Traversal Attack resource.
    • Performance Art: Damage Reduction is increased by 15%
  • Meet My Mallet Tier 5 Abilities
    • Safety First: Increases Shield Overcharge by 50% and Shield Pickup amount by 25%.
    • Audience Participation: Performing a Suicide Strike generates 5 additional Combo.
  • Meet My Mallet Tier 6 Abilities
    • Three Strikes: At x20 Combo and higher, hitting 3 different enemies with Melee increases the damage of your next Melee Hit by 300%.
  • Meet My Mallet Tier 7 Abilities
    • Keep ’Em Comin: At x20 Combo and higher, Suicide Strike kills generate 5 additional Combo and increase your Melee damage by 100% for 10 seconds.
    • Powder Keg: Enemies hit by your grenades deal 25% less damage for 15 seconds.
  • Meet My Mallet Tier 8 Abilities
    • Big Swinger: At x30 Combo and higher, damage dealt while moving is increased by 75%.
  • Meet My Mallet Tier 9 Talents
    • Tightrope Act: At x30 Combo and higher, every 1 additional Combo gives you a 5% chance to cheat death and instantly regenerate 100% Health and 25% Shield. This can only happen once every 120 seconds.
    • The Ol’ One-Two: Performing a Shield Harvest has a 20% chance to increase Suicide Strike damage by 250% for 60 seconds.
  • Meet My Mallet Tier 10 Abilities
    • Kiss Kiss Stab Stab: Transforms Arkham Special into Kiss Kiss Stab Stab which requires x50 Combo and increases Melee damage by 300% and Shield capacity by 50%.Workin’ Overtime: At Max Combo, every 1 second spent Airborne Generates 5% Grapple Attack Traversal Attack resource.
    • Kiss Kiss Bang Bang: Transforms Arkham Special into Kiss Kiss Bang Bang which activates at x50 Combo and higher and increases Firearm damage by 150% and grenade damage by 100%.

All Harley Quinn One Woman Show Skills in Suicide Squad Kill the Justice League

This is Harley’s traversal ability tree that gives her various bonuses while she’s airborne. Though this isn’t a Best Skills guide, I use On the Hop to up my damage while in the air since I use Harley’s traversal mechanics so often. That, paired with Elusiveness keep me melting enemies while exploring and completing challenges. Those are just two, though, and others are more tailored to your playstyle. to Here are all the talents from it:

  • One Woman Show Tier 1 Skills
    • Twinkletoes: Every 10 Combo increases Firearm damage by 20% while Airborne and performing a Grapple Attack Traversal Attack generates 2 Combo.
  • One Woman Show Tier 2 Skills
    • Headspinner: Increases Grapple Attack Traversal Attack damage by 50%.On The Hop: Increases Damage Reduction by 20% while Airborne or using the Bat-Drone.
    • On the Hop: Increases Damage Reduction by 20% while Airborne or using the Bat-Drone.
    • Trapeze Artist: Increases damage dealt by 20% while using the Bat-Drone.
  • One Woman Show Tier 3 Skills
    • What Goes Up: Grenade damage is increased by 20% while Airborne.
  • One Woman Show Tier 4 Skills
    • Elusiveness: 100% Chance you won’t lose any Combo when a Combo Breaker event triggers. This can only happen once every 30 seconds.
    • Bird of Prey: Grapple Attack Traversal Attack kills have a 25% chance to drop Grenade Ammo.
  • One Woman Show Tier 5 Skills
    • Quick Routine: Ground Evades and Ground Slides increase the damage of your next Melee Hit by 100%.Slidin’ Shrapnel: Ground Evades and Ground Slides increase the damage of your next Grenade by 50%.
    • Combo Coaster: Ground Evades and Ground Slides have a 100% chance of generating 1 Combo while in Combat. This can only happen once every 10 seconds.
  • One Woman Show Tier 6 Skills
    • Juggler’s Delight: At x20 Combo and higher, being Airborne for 5 seconds increases the damage of your next Grenade by 50% and causes it to generate 5 additional Combo.
  • One Woman Show Tier 7 Skills
    • Elasticity: 50% of the damage from your last Grapple Attack Traversal Attack is added to your next Melee.Grandstander: At x20 Combo and higher, enemies Hit by your Grapple Attack Traversal Attack deal 50% less damage for 20 seconds.
    • A Grapple A Day: At x20 Combo and higher, Grapple Attack Traversal Attack damage is increased by 50%.
  • One Woman Show Tier 8 Skills
    • Agent of Chaos: At x30 Combo and higher, if the Combo Breaker triggers while Airborne, your Combo won’t break and instead you generate 10 Combo. This can only happen once every 30 seconds.
  • One Woman Show Tier 9 Skills
    • Squad Ultimate: Unlocks Harley’s ability to trigger the Squad Ultimate.
  • One Woman Show Tier 10 Skills
    • Ultimate Thrillride: Increases Grapple Attack Traversal Attack damage by 150% and Suicide Strike damage by 300% while the Squad Ultimate is active.
    • Ultimate Refresher: Regenerates 100% and 200% Shield when the Squad Ultimate is activated.
