Everyone starts their first village on the Grasslands map, and upgrading your first base gives you plenty of new builds, villager slots, and villager jobs to stay busy. Let’s get right into a full LEGO Fortnite Grasslands village upgrade list.

All Grasslands Village Upgrades in LEGO Fortnite: Costs and Rewards Detailed

You’ll be eager to upgrade your Grasslands village from the very start of the game, but it will take you some time to get the needed materials. It’s worth it to get more villagers to join your growing base, to get new build unlocks, and to get your villagers to gather wood and rock for your building efforts.

While the Grasslands biome offers Log Cabin unlocks, the Dry Valley offers Majestic Manors, and the Frostlands offers Shogun Palaces.

Every Grasslands Biome Upgrade Requirement and Unlock Reward

  • Grasslands village Level 1 requirements: 15 Wood, 15 Granite.
    • Rewards: N/A.
  • Grasslands village Level 2 requirements: 10 Planks, 20 Granite.
    • Rewards: Villages can forage nearby resources; unlocks Log Cabin buildings.
  • Grasslands village Level 3 requirements: 10 Knotroot, 15 Planks, 25 Granite.
    • Rewards: Unlocks villagers gifting items, a villager slot, and Log Cabin furniture.
  • Grasslands village Level 4 requirements: 10 Knotroot, 15 Planks, 25 Granite.
    • Rewards: Unlocks villagers being able to cook and farm, additional wood types from villagers who cut wood, and additional Log Cabin furniture.
  • Grasslands village Level 5 requirements: 15 Knotroot, 20 Planks, 15 Marble.
    • Rewards: Unlocks additional HP and defense for villagers, more Log Cabin furniture, and a villager slot.
  • Grasslands Biome village Level 6 requirements: 20 Knotroot, 30 Granite Slabs.
    • Rewards: Unlocks villagers refining textiles, smelting metal, and collecting gems; additional stone types from villagers who cut stone and more Log Cabin furniture.
  • Grasslands Biome village Level 7 requirements: 20 Knotroot Rods, 20 Marble Slab.
    • Rewards: Unlocks villagers gifting unique recipes and more Log Cabin furniture.
  • Grasslands Biome village Level 8 requirements: 30 Marble Slabs, 10 Rough Amber.
    • Rewards: Unlocks more Log Cabin furniture and an additional villager slot.
  • Grasslands Biome Village Level 9 requirements: 15 Flexwood, 15 Obsidian, 10 Cut Amber.
    • Rewards: Unlocks villagers foraging in other biomes, woodcutting and stonecutting villagers being able to process more resource types and more Log Cabin furniture.
  • Grasslands Biome Village Level 10 requirements: 15 Flexwood Rod, 30 Obsidian Slabs, 20 Cut Amber.
    • Rewards: Unlocks the Grand Palace, more Log Cabin furniture, and an additional villager slot.
