As you explore the vast world of LEGO Fortnite, you can find that running around on foot is often slow and not that fun. However, there’s a better way to get around. The Sky! In this guide, I’ll show you how to get the Glider in LEGO Fortnite.
How to Build a Glider in LEGO Fortnite
Before you can craft your Glider and soar across the sky, you’ll need two special crafting stations first. You’ll need a Loom and Spinning Wheel to make the materials.
To make a Spinning Wheel, you’ll need:
- x5 Wood
- x5 Wooden Rods
- x5 Wolf Claws
- x8 Planks
To make a Loom, you’ll need:
- x6 Sand Claws
- x8 Flexwood Rods
- x9 Flexwood
The Loom can be a bit tricky to make since you’ll need certain materials first to unlock the recipe. After you have Flexwood Rods, Sandy Claws, and Silk, the blueprint will unlock for the Loom.
LEGO Fortnite Glider Recipe
Now that you have everything you need, the Glider is available. To make a Glider, You’ll need:
- Wool Fabric x 4
- Silk Fabric x 6
- Flexwood Rods x 8

How to Use the Glider in LEGO Fortnite
Before you can use the glider, you’ll need a high enough place to jump off of. This can be a cliffside or a tall structure that you’ve built. Once you jump off, you’ll be prompted to use the Glider by pressing the jump button. As long as you’re moving in a direction back and forth, you’ll glide. If you stay still with the Glider, you’ll float slowly down. Keep in mind that you can’t gain any height when gliding, so make sure that you have enough distance for where you want to land.
