LEGO Fortnite: How to Make Dynamic Foundations

Find out how to make Dynamic Foundations in LEGO Fortnite here.

There are plenty of objects to build in LEGO Fortnite, and not all of them are flat — or even secured to the ground! Dynamic Foundations are among the most exciting buildables because they’re the basis for craftable vehicles. Here’s how to make them.

Dynamic Foundations are unique because they don’t attach themselves to the landscape. So, they’re the perfect building blocks for vehicles. The Foundations will also conform to the curvatures of the landscape, but they’ll remain movable so they aren’t ideal for structures. Here’s what you need to do if you want to make them in LEGO Fortnite.

How to Use Dynamic Foundations in LEGO Fortnite

Now that you’ve got Dynamic Foundations, you’re ready to get started with vehicle building. I prefer utilizing the Dynamic Foundation with a large balloon, because it offers a great vantage point from the skies. However, this is only useful if you’ve got the Glider unlocked. Otherwise, you can see places like the Dry Valley, but getting to them may prove problematic.

Alternatively, you can build a vehicle with four wheels, thrusters, and an activator device. As you can see, this takes a lot more materials. Regardless, you’ll find all of the materials within the Toys section. Here’s how to make each vehicle.

  • Hot-air Balloon
    • Dynamic Foundation
      • x4 Flexwood
    • Large Balloon
      • x2 Silk Fabric
      • x1 Torch
      • x1 Cord
  • Vehicle
    • Dynamic Foundation
      • x4 Flexwood
    • x4 Large Wheel
      • x1 Flexwood Rods each.
      • x2 Flexwood each.
    • x2 Small Thruster
      • x1 Wooden Rod each.
      • x1 Blast Powder each.
      • x1 Torch each.
    • Activation Switch
      • x1 Wood
      • x1 Blast Powder

That’s how to make Dynamic Foundations in LEGO Fortnite. But that’s not where your bricktastic journey ends. Oh, no. You’ve got plenty more to do.
