Weekly Wants is a feature of Palia that tracks NPC gifts, specifically the ones they’re dying for that week. Resetting every Sunday at 9 p.m. PST, these presents earn you a little more in the friendship department than regular ones would. With a rotating pool of options, it can be hard to keep up with it all. Here’s every weekly want and all villager gifts in Palia.
Palia Weekly Wants Explained
Weekly Wants is a way to home in on special items the villagers of Palia are especially hankering for. From fish stew to shells to onion seeds, the items gain you more favor when gifted.
- You can find out what NPCs want by asking them, using the bottom dialogue option symbolized with a question mark.
- They may answer for themselves or tell you what someone close to them wants that week.
- Reth will often tell you what Zeki or Ashura want, for example.
There’s a total of four wants for each person, with each level of want unlocking at the next level of friendship. The first Weekly Want is automatically available at the beginning of the game, with the second unlocking at Level 2, and so on.
- The first two items are liked by the NPC, while the last two items are loved.
- The last two items are usually more difficult to obtain, but that may coincide with your advanced progress in a variety of skills.
- You can use this to track what items will make good gifts each day you don’t have a Weekly Want to fulfill.
To see if you’ve already given or found one of the villager gifts, open the Friendship menu using the “L” key. Each person’s profile will show their wants on the righthand side. If an item has a small green checkmark in the bottom right corner of the image, then you’ve already fulfilled it.
